Byoma Kusuma Buddhadharma Sangha, United Kingdom (BKBDS-UK) The centre in the UK has been active since September 2000 with a small Sangha based in London. Regular sessions are held to discuss experiences on dharma practice and discourses on the science of enlightenment. The centre offers the following activities that promote self-development and mind transformation:

• basic group meditation sessions
• discussions on Buddhist philosophy
• centre for healing and well being
• meditation practices of the four mind turning series*
• regular chanting*

The sessions are held on a regular basis and are designed to help you understand yourself and guide you to the path of mental peace and happiness.
