The monastery in Bishalnagar, Kathmandu comprises a large shrine with a capacity to accommodate two hundred people on the ground floor, along with the Vidyadhara’s residence and a monks’ quarters above.
The Sangha aims to acquire more land in order to expand the premises and construct a larger hall and housing facilities for Dharma practitioners.
Situated on the southern edges of the Kathmandu Valley, Chaughare is the site of a retreat residence for the Vidyadhara and Sangha members who wish to avoid the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. The six acre premises was purchased with funds donated by Sangha members.
Byoma Kusuma USA (BKUSA) is currently scouting for suitable land around the Washington DC area for the purposes of establishing a a larger centre. This will include vibrant learning and retreat spaces, and also serve as the Vidyadhara’s residence in the US.
