SD Pratistha Karki (Prajna Tara)

SD Pratistha Karki (Prajna Tara) has been studying and practicing under the guidance of the Vidyadhara and closely assists him on various sangha projects. She was bestowed with the title ‘Sahayak Dharmacharya’ (Assistant Master of the Dharma) by the Vidyadhara in February 2016.

She established the Byoma Kusuma centre in London and is the UK Sangha President. She oversees the administration of the centre in London, as well as guides and teaches Ratnashree’s new and old Nepalese and Western disciples around the world.

SD Pratistha is a Psychotherapist, Rolfer, Hypnotherapist and an EFT Practitioner. She takes keen interest in learning new therapeutic skills to support sangha members in their meditation practice as well as their health and wellbeing. She is very involved in the sangha’s overall activities; establishing and leading various projects; translating important Mahayana and Vajrayana texts from Nepali into English; teaching and guiding students; and offering voluntary therapy services to those in need.

She spends nearly three months each year in Nepal to assist the Vidyadhara in organising the annual summer camp, as well as translating his teachings into English for his Western Disciples attending the camp. She has published a Children story book titled Bodhimala in English and is currently available in our Nepal and UK Office.
